We pride ourselves in making the highest quality jersey ice cream using the best natural ingredients.
So have a look and come and have a taste.
We have 14 flavours available to eat in our parlour, but even more choice to take home in our 500ml tubs. Ideal for parties.
We make both a plain and vanilla ice cream. The best way to understand the difference between these two, or to find your favourite is to have a little try, you are welcome to sample any of our flavours before you buy!
Belles Our plain old fashioned creamy ice cream
Vanilla a luxury vanilla (not just boring Vanilla so we are told!)
Strawberry strawberry ice cream with a delicious strawberry puree rippled through for added flavour.
Mint Choc not mint chocolate chip as it is mint ice cream with mint chocolate crisps instead of chocolate chips in it.
Indulgent Belgian Chocolate using 22-24% cocoa powder and melted Belgian chocolate callets (60% cocoa) which create a rich but not bitter taste.
Honeycomb our Belles ice cream with two types of honeycomb folded in, one which melts into the ice cream and other which stays crunchy to bite.
Rum & Raisin with extra raisins soaked in rum folded in.
Raspberry Ripple our Belles ice cream with a raspberry puree rippled though.
Sticky Toffee Fudge Toffee ice cream, with a dulce de leche sauce rippled through and Cornish clotted cream fudge pieces folded in.
Banoffee Pie Toffee ice cream with fresh bananas mixed in, for the perfect balance of flavours, and to finish off biscuit crumbs are folded in.
Cappuccino rich coffee flavoured ice cream, with a luxury coffee sauce rippled through.
Snickie peanut ice cream with peanuts in chocolate sauce marbled through.
Bountie coconut ice cream with luxury chocolate straciatella pieces broken in.
Bethanys Special our Belles ice cream with chocolate coated beans and mini malt balls and a chocolate sauce folded in. Named after Mary eldest granddaughter.
Lemon Meringue a refreshing lemon ice cream, with limoncello sauce and meringue pieces folded in.
Wild Cherry our Belles ice cream with Amarena cherries in a rich cherry sauce rippled through.
Ginger & Honey our Belles ice cream with crystallised ginger folded in and Cheshire honey drizzled in.
Eccles Cake made using real Eccles Cakes mixed into the ice cream & extra pieces folded in for extra flavour.
Whisky & Ginger Whisky ice cream with crystallised ginger folded in.
Pistachio pistachio ice cream with pieces of pistachios folded in.
Candied Chestnut Marrons glace ice cream.
NEW White Chocolate & Passionfruit White Chocolate with a passionfruit ripple.
We also make flavours for special occasions, like our Sticky Toffee Apple flavour for Halloween and Christmas Pudding, Irish Belles, Chloes Chocolate Orange, Lemon & Amaretti & Turkish Delight for Christmas. New for Christmas for 2012 were our Brandy Custard and Whisky & Ginger ice creams.
Royal Britannia our Belles ice cream with tiny raspberry fudge pieces and blueberry sauce folded in. We first made this as a Royal Wedding Special, and we will be making it again for the Queen's Diamond Jubilee.
St George's Mess our Belles ice cream with strawberry puree rippled in & meringues pieces folded in
Blues Special our Belles ice cream with a blueberry sauce rippled into it.
We do a small range of mouth watering sorbets which varies due to seasonality and the availability of fresh fruit. These are fantastic for your special dinner parties.
Lemon made with juice from fresh lemons.
Raspberry made with British raspberries, usually home/locally grown, availability affected by seasonality
Mango made with real mango pieces.
Other flavours which we have made are Peach and Melon. For Christmas we made Mulled Wine and Bucks Fizz Sorbets.
